For fast handling and safe movement of metallic loads, magnets are the means of choice. From rolling mills to in-house cutting, all magnetizable workpieces are moved several times with magnets of different designs, and this is because it is economically and technically correct.
Prefabrication / Toolmaking
In the production of mechanical components and assemblies, nothing works without magnets. Blanks are clamped magnetically and transported magnetically. Magnetic applications can be found in all processes, from the smallest holding magnets in wire erosion to large magnetic clamping tables in the heaviest machining.
Automation
On command, magnets are activated without mechanical moving parts, essential for many automation requirements. Our magnetic grippers are used in automated stacking systems and as an "end of arm" product on robots, but also on automatic processing machines for clamping workpieces or workpiece carriers.
Magnetic technology is preferable to mechanical solutions in many areas and is characterized by minimal maintenance requirements.
