Verwaltungsfachkraft / Buchhalter in Teil- oder Vollzeit (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben
- Vorbereitung der laufenden Buchhaltung für externen Dienstleister
- Vorbereiten der Lohnabrechnungen, Prüfung der Zeiterfassung
- Administrative Arbeiten im Allgemeinen, Kontakt mit Ämtern und Behörden
- Eingangsrechnungen prüfen, kontieren und anweisen
- Eingangszahlungen kontrollieren
- Mahnwesen
Deine Fähigkeiten
- eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Steuerfachangestellte(r), Bankkaufmann/-frau
- gute Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich)
- gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und ERP-Kenntnisse
- mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung in einem Industriebetrieb
- mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem Sachkontenrahmen SKR04
- Erfahrungen in der Lohnbuchhaltung von Vorteil
