Product description
Electro-permanent round magnets consist of a permanent-magnetic holding system and an excitation winding which neutralizes the magnetic field on the holding surfaces when switched on, thus enabling the workpiece to be removed or set down. Due to the permanent-magnetic character of Circular Magnets, they are preferably used where long holding times are required and the holding force has to be suppressed only for a short time or occasionally. Round magnets are particularly suitable as safety magnets and where high failure safety is required. Round magnets have a completely potted coil, are nickel-plated and sealed according to IP 65. The connection is made on the rear cable.
