Battery-powered load lifting magnets are location-independent and flexible like permanent load lifting magnets and at the same time have the advantage of remote controllability and operability at the push of a button. They are mainly used where larger loads are continuously handled, as they can be switched without physical effort. Another common application is where access to the touchdown point is difficult. All our battery-powered lifting magnets are equipped with an IR remote control and a high-quality, deep discharge-proof gel battery. FBM load lifting magnets comply with the latest standard and have been designed according to the main criteria of safety and ease of use.

FBM Battery Lifting Magnets
The FBM series is suitable for handling flat material. FBM 13, FBM 25, FBM 50, have been specially designed for lifting heavy, thick blocks and sheets. A minimum of 50 mm material thickness and a suitable surface are required to achieve the maximum holding force. FBM 36 has been specially designed for lifting metal sheets with a thickness of 3 mm or more. With a clean and smooth surface, this magnet will hold a sheet of 2.4x1.8m at 3mm material thickness and even a sheet of 6x3m at 25mm material thickness.
FBM-P battery lifting magnets
The FBM-P series with prism is suitable for flat, round and profiled material. FBMP 18 and FBMP 36 have special prism pole shoes which allow lifting of flat and round material as well as profile materials such as beams or angle iron. The maximum lifting capacity is achieved with materials from 50mm thickness. The particularly deep magnetic field of these models still ensures a secure hold even on poor surfaces.
