MPX magnetic prisms work with a super strong neodymium magnet system.
MPX have 3 clamping surfaces, both the back and both prisms become magnetically active. This allows workpieces to be positioned horizontally or even vertically and the prism to be clamped to a metallic base surface at the same time. Activation takes place via the 8mm Allen key included in the scope of delivery in just a 90° turn. When measuring, grinding, eroding and mounting, magnetic prisms are also used directly on the magnetic clamping plate of the grinding machine without losing magnetic force.
